This listing is a FINAL ORDER that is the final step in completing the perfect piece that suits you and your pet. Please note this is the final cost of the necklace - on top of the $50.oo deposit fee you have already paid. 

How to Select Your Custom Jewellery

• Each necklace will come on an 16", 18" or 20" rhodium plated chain depending on your preference. 
• Charm will be created based on either an ink print or impression of your pets paw. This must be provided as soon as possible. 
• Charm size will be between 10.00, 15.00 or 18mm.
• Names can be on the back of the charm, however this might be limited by name length and charm size.
• Lengths that can be accommodated:
• • 10mm fits 7 letters.
  • 15mm fits 9 letters.
  • 18mm fits 11 letters.
• Handmade in Calgary, Canada.

• Handmade from Sterling Silver, perfect for everyday wear. Always nickel free.
• Rhodium plated chain that will stand up to wear and tear. 
• Due to the handmade nature of this product, shape and texture may vary.
• Three week turnaround will start after design is finalized and is paid for in full.

• Total turnaround can take between 5-7 weeks depending on the design phase and season of the year. 
• We do our best to expedite our customs and turnaround may be faster. 
• If you need this custom for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc., please let us know immediately upon ordering so that we can best accommodate.
