How long does the process take?
4-6 weeks door-to-door (usually quicker). Need it for a birthday or special date? Tell us in the order notes and we’ll hustle.
What if my photo is blurry?
Tiny charm = tiny details—we can work with most blur. If it won’t translate clearly, we’ll email you right away.
Can I add more charms or products later?
Absolutely. Drop us an email and we’ll send a code that waives the extra custom fee on matching pieces.
What materials do you use?
Solid Canadian-mined sterling silver, always nickel-free. Chains are solid sterling or rhodium-plated sterling for extra shine.
Can you make Imprints in gold?
Yes—solid 14 k yellow or rose only. Email us for a real-time quote (gold markets move fast).
