Created just for you, to always carry your most loved fur baby with you. This listing is a DEPOSIT that is the first step in creating the perfect piece that suits you and your pet. Please note this is not the final cost of the necklace - a full quote will be given once we acquire all information needed and your deposit will be refunded if you choose to not proceed with your order. 

About Your Custom Jewellery

• Each necklace will come on an 16", 18" or 20" rhodium plated chain depending on your preference. 
• Charm will be created based on either an ink print or impression of your pets paw. This must be provided as soon as possible. 
• Charm size will be between 10.00 mm or 18.00 mm depending on your preference.
• Names can be on the back of the charm, however this might be limited by name length and charm size. 
• Handmade in Calgary, Canada.

• Handmade from Sterling Silver, perfect for everyday wear. Always nickel free.
• Rhodium plated chain that will stand up to wear and tear. 
• Due to the handmade nature of this product, shape and texture may vary.
• Three week turnaround will start after design is finalized and is paid for in full.

What We Need From You - Please Put in Comments OR Email Us

• Your desired chain length - 16", 18" or 20".   
• Your desired charm size - 10.00 mm or 15.00 mm.  
• The name you would like on the back - this may not be able to be accommodated.  
• A photograph of a paw impression or ink paw print you would like. The higher contrast the better. Please email us at hello@mmackenziejones.com.
• Deposits will be automatically refunded if information has not been received within 3 weeks of deposit order.

Things to Note

• Total turnaround can take between 5-7 weeks depending on the design phase and season of the year. 
• We do our best to expedite our customs and turnaround may be faster. 
• If you need this custom for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc., please let us know immediately upon ordering so that we can best accommodate. 
• Mackenzie Jones remains the sole creator of this design and is at liberty to produce in the future.
