How is the Canadian Postal Strike effecting shipments?

We are all in the same boat with shipments in or on the way in to the federal postal system.

Items will be delayed nationally in the coming weeks as postal workers return to work. You can check out the Canada Post website for full updates.

We are not able to provide any more insight than your tracking number provides.

Use the provided tracking number on CanadaPost.com or USPS.com to track your order.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States, with tracking being optional. Shipping costs apply to all international orders. Shipping upgrade options are available for an additional cost.

We use Canada Post for orders within Canada and USPS for orders to the United States. Shipping options and speeds are displayed at checkout based on total order $ amount after any discounts.

    • Orders under $50 CAD are sent via letter mail with no tracking number provided unless upgraded shipping is selected at checkout. If you would like tracking on your order, please select Upgraded Shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

    • Orders over $50 CAD are eligible for Free Shipping with Tracking when TRACKED PACKAGE is selected at checkout. If this option is not selected at checkout, your package will be sent via letter mail with no tracking number provided. If you do not mind longer shipping times and do not need tracking, please select the first shipping option with NO TRACKING.

If you need your order by a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to either Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are dispatched and shipped out within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding custom orders and unless otherwise specified at time of checkout).

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need your order by a certain date, we would recommend upgrading your shipping based on the estimated delivery dates displayed at time of checkout and leaving a note on your order.

How can I track my order?

If you selected tracking on your package at checkout, your tracking number can be found in your dispatch email once your order has been sent.

We are not able to provide any more insight than your tracking number provides.

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

Contact us with your order number and the correct address immediately.

If we have already dispatched your order, we will wait until it is returned to us to proceed.

You will either receive a partial refund on your order, minus a restocking fee OR we can resend to the correct address with an additional shipment fee.

We strive to dispatch our orders quickly and we appreciate your understanding that we are not responsible for a wrong address input.

What if my order is refused or returned to sender?

We are not responsible for undeliverable or denied mail.

Your order comes with a tracking number, please check this to monitor possible delivery dates. If your order is taken to a local pick up, you have 14 days to collect it.

If your package is denied, unclaimed, undeliverable or returned to sender, we will wait until it is returned to us to proceed.

You will either receive a partial refund on your order, minus a restocking fee OR we can resend your order with an additional shipment fee.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If your tracking number indicates that your order has been stuck in transit past its anticipated arrival date, we recommend contacting CanadaPost.com or USPS.com to inquire.

We will not have any more information than what that tracking number supplies.

If your item says it was delivered but you did not receive it, you must reach out to CanadaPost.com or USPS.com to open a claim. Once you have a claim number, please email us your order number and your claim number so that we can follow up.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order once it is in possession of a third party carrier when tracking is provided, however we will do our best to assist you in recovering your package.

Do I have to pay duties outside of Canada?

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.

Mackenzie Jones is unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I pick up in person?

Due to the City of Calgary Bylaws we are unable to do in person pick ups or exchanges in our studio space. We appreciate your understanding.
